Depending on the child’s age and circumstances, sessions may involve both the young person and their parent or caregiver. Sessions are currently offered online.

Cost of session: £120 for a 55 minute. Please see the ‘FAQ’ section for further details.

Common Areas of Support

I support children and young people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety, low mood, and challenges with emotional regulation

  • Emotional wellbeing related to physical health conditions (including PANS/PANDAS)

  • Support alongside neurodevelopmental differences, such as autism and ADHD

  • Social difficulties, bullying, or peer relationship challenges

  • Coping with grief, family separation, or major life transitions

  • Navigating chronic illness or medical procedures

  • Building self-esteem, confidence, and resilience

Therapy often includes parenting support and guidance to help strengthen the systems around the child. I also work collaboratively with schools, healthcare professionals, and other key adults involved in a young person’s life to ensure joined-up care.

These are just examples, every child and family is unique. If you're unsure whether this support is the right fit, please feel free to [get in touch]. I'm always happy to talk things through, explore how I might help, or signpost you to someone who can.
