Child / Young Person Therapeutic Support
I offer personalised therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing a range of emotional, social, and behavioural challenges. Sessions are tailored to each child’s developmental stage, strengths, and individual needs.
Depending on the child’s age and circumstances, sessions may involve both the young person and their parent or caregiver. Sessions are currently offered online.

Common Areas of Support
I work with children and young people experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Areas I commonly support include:
Emotional difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, or anger
Navigating social challenges, bullying, or life transitions
Coping with grief, separation, or significant change
Managing a chronic health condition or medical procedures
Supporting emotional wellbeing alongside neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism, ADHD.
Developing skills in emotional regulation and building self-esteem

Parent / Caregiver Therapeutic Support
Parenting can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. You may be looking for support, guidance, or simply a safe, non-judgmental space to think things through. My aim is to help you feel more confident and equipped in understanding your child’s needs and supporting their emotional wellbeing.

Emotional support for families navigating PANS or PANDAS
Supporting parents/caregivers in processing and adjusting to a child’s diagnosis, health condition, or ongoing needs
