In-person and online appointments
Online: The majority of sessions are delivered virtually, enabling therapeutic support from the comfort of your own home. A secure video link is sent to you before the booked appointment time.
In-person: The option of in-person sessions is available at Lifeways, a therapeutic centre located in Stratford Upon Avon.
